Thanksgiving Ranch Event Menus feature Authentic Rocky Mountain Cuisine

Our culinary team creates handcrafted and hearty meals that focus on fresh and local ingredients. The philosophy for the food served is simple: prepare fresh and unprocessed foods using real and fresh ingredients whenever possible.

The kitchen at Thanksgiving Ranch is inspired by Alberta, to incorporate Alberta’s seven signature foods which include beef, bison, canola, honey, Red Fife Wheat, root vegetables, and Saskatoon berries as a basis.

For events, Thanksgiving Ranch has created three levels of set menu options. The choices vary depending on the number of guests for the event. The menu and number of guests will determine the serving style, however for larger events, a buffet-type service is practical.

Vegetarian, or other special dietary requirements are also available, however, we do need notice prior to arrival and there may be a small extra fee.

Meals for guests in the Lodge include coffee and tea.

All food and beverage subject to 20% service charge and 5% GST. Prices are subject to change.
