Menus

Thanksgiving Ranch menus feature authentic Rocky Mountain Cuisine.

For your dining pleasure, we have created three levels of set menu options. Our chef can also accommodate special diets as well (an extra fee may apply).

Our chef creates hearty meals that focus on fresh local ingredients using the highest quality ingredients. The kitchen at Thanksgiving Ranch is inspired by Alberta, often incorporating Alberta’s seven signature foods including beef, bison, canola, honey, Red Fife Wheat, root vegetables, and Saskatoon berries.

Meals are plated and artfully presented with sumptuously prepared meat, tasty root vegetables, fresh bread, homemade desserts, and indigenous berries.

More information on dining can be found here or call us to discuss your specific requirements.
