Thanksgiving Ranch menus feature authentic Rocky Mountain Cuisine.

For your dining pleasure, we have created three levels of set menu options as follows. Our chef can provide vegetarian and vegan dining options.

Our chef creates hearty meals that focus on fresh and local ingredients. The kitchen at Thanksgiving Ranch is inspired by Alberta, often incorporating Alberta’s seven signature foods which include beef, bison, canola, honey, Red Fife Wheat, root vegetables, and Saskatoon berries.

Meals are plated and are artfully presented with beautifully prepared meats, tasty root vegetables, fresh bread, homemade desserts, and indigenous berries. Meals include coffee and tea.

All food and beverage subject to 20% service charge and 5% GST. Prices are subject to change.
